A. Absolutely! Although we offer a full range of services, you can select
whatever makes sense for you. We customize our services to fit your needs.

There is little extra room in my budget. I need your help - Can I afford it?
A. Without even knowing what your budget is - the answer is yes!
Staying within a budget is easy because of our experience and contacts within
the industry. Minding your budget is easy because our expertise saves you from
making costly mistakes.
The challenge, however, is to come in under budget or to find other revenue
sources for you. We excel at that. It's easy when you know how … and we do!

A. Shrewd use of resources! Outsourcing to a professional meeting management
company is a win-win situation for you. Outsourcing saves time and money.
You could hire more employees - but then you're adding related costs such as
workman's comp, health insurance, disability insurance, etc. Or you could
outsource!
You can try and do it all. Or you can manage your internal manpower resources,
stay on track with your core business responsibilities while maintaining the
timeline and success of your meeting. You can outsource.

What are your fees?
A. Depends! First we assess your needs. Then we work with you to ensure cost
effective solution. We help you calculate the most effective use of our
services. There is no fee, for example, to have us negotiate with hotels for
you - we are compensated by the hotels. There is a reasonable fee for our
management services. But when you work with Stargate, we often apply a portion
or our commissions to help offset your management fees.

Who creates the web site for ordering?

We do. Our team works closely with you to customize the site for your company's
organizational structure and needs.

How long will it take to get my order?
A.
When orders are placed by 12 noon PT on the cut-off day, your cards and
stationery will leave our facility within 48 hours. Shipping times will vary.
Rush orders ship in 24 hours (when the order arrives by noon). In special situations, orders can be printed and shipped the same day.

How do you manage quality control?
A.
As corporate identity partners, quality is what we sell. We build it into
everything we do. It's why every business card goes through 43 processes before it
leaves our plant. We hold each department and each employee accountable for quality.
For three decades, we've worked to find better ways of doing the things we do.
As a result, our quality and consistency are second to none.
